Due to the current worldwide pandemic, we are experiencing delays to our shipping services. All delivery timeframes are not a guarantee.
Shipping times are only an estimate. Ritual Bathing takes no responsibility if actual shipping time differs from that stated.
Our Shipping service does not require a signature. The courier will leave your order at the front door, letterbox or secure location. Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address Ritual Bathing takes no responsibility for any theft that may occur. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or your address is not safe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend using a business address or an alternate secure address.
RETURN TO SENDER
Ritual Bathing does not take responsibility for uncollected parcels that are returned to sender, or incorrect addresses that are returned to send. If your tracking states that the parcel has been delivered, please first check with your local post office before contacting us.
If you accidentally provided the wrong address pleas email us immediately: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unfortunately if your parcel has already been shipped we are unable to intercept the parcel to change the address and the cost to have the parcel reshipped will be at the customers expense. The address can only be changed if your order has not been shipped.
RETURN DAMAGED GOODS
Shipping Charges are non-refundable. We only accept damage reports if it can be proven with video footage at the time of opening the box/order. Ritual bathing will not refund any payments. The damaged article will be sent again to the adress of choice free of shipping. All complaints or damage reports can be sent at email@example.com. Please mention your order number and name in your e-mail's subject line.
